Mark from the Home Doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't pressure us to make a sale but did a quality demo of the materials to be used and answered our questions. If he didn't have an answer on the spot he contacted us later after looking up the answer. He came in person during the day of install to ensure that the work was being performed to our satisfaction. The installers were on time and professional. They cleaned up and didn't leave any garbage or nails behind.
