I started working at The Home Doctor in late 2017 as an Admin Assistant helping Operations. As time went by and the business grew, I was promoted to Operations Manager in which I make sure all jobs run smoothly from start to finish, however, now I make sure each job is sold with healthy margins in order to stay afloat and be successful in the home improvement business. Nonetheless, The Home Doctor has made me grow as an individual inside and outside of work. I have learned to believe in myself and have confidence in my work field despite the fact this industry is men driven. Ultimately, I have gained so much by working at The Home Doctor, I have gained some great friendships and my colleagues are a delight to work with. Mark from the Home Doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't pressure us to make a sale but did a quality demo of the materials to be used and answered our questions. If he didn't have an answer on the spot he contacted us later after looking up the answer. He came in person during the day of install to ensure that the work was being performed to our satisfaction. The installers were on time and professional. They cleaned up and didn't leave any garbage or nails behind.
The Home Doctor just replaced the roof on my Old Town home and did an excellent job. They were very professional throughout the whole process. They sourced great materials and were efficient, organized and well supervised. They left the property clean and tidy. I feel like I got good value for my roof, which looks great! The Home Doctor did an excellent job replacing my roof. Quintas was my sales person but stayed in touch with me frequently including the day of the install and in follow up afterwards. The install went quick and efficiently and the company responded quickly to improve one area of concern I had. I'm loving my new roof! I would definitely recommend the Home Doctor.
